Build Green page heading

We build green in many important ways, beginning with manufacturing techniques, choices of materials, and our designs.

Using computerized manufacturing techniques, we can build cabinets with a minimum of waste because our software ‘nests’ cabinet parts together on the sheets of material and can even put parts inside other parts to minimize waste.  Because we build cabinets to your order we do not have to ship cabinet boxes from out of state, box, crate, ship or warehouse.  This is called ‘On Time Manufacturing’ and saves resources, money and waiting time.  We buy materials locally and recycle waste materials whenever possible.

Our exclusive line of Bamboo cabinet doors uses a sustainable resource, and they are beautiful as well. We use sustainable grown and harvested woods and plywoods instead of glue soaked particle board.

We are working on a new line of ‘Flat Pack’ furniture designs unlike anything the world has ever seen.  Made from 100% recycled cardboard, these designs are put together with a paper hammer that comes packed with every piece.  You can find these exciting new designs on our D’eco ‘Fun’iture page.

Customer Quotes -   “I appreciate your creative and practical input in the designing of
our kitchen cabinets. What would we have done without you?”                            Nina A.
